Dr. Johnson has helped me so much. I'm so grateful for such a good Dr working with me. She always spends plenty of time with me on my monthly visit and for someone with an autoimmune disease that's so comforting. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The receptionist are amazing and the nurses really care and I have never once had to wait a long time for mY appointment.
I really like Dr. Campbell, who my children see. However, it's just not worth it dealing with the receptionists. Rude is being nice. I went inside and waited at window, once they opened it, I smelled cigarette smoke. I know everyone has a right to smoke, but in a doctors office? Whatever happened to clean and sterile? Then once I was called back for someone to check my son, I waited over a hour for the doctor, NO one came in to tell me anything about maybe the doctor being busy. I had to set in hall and ask someone did they forget about us. Dr. Campbell wasn't there. Then once he was since, the totally of five minutes, I walked out, and all the staff just smiled and said nothing, however I heard the doctor talking to another staff, telling the nurse that I came out and asked why my kid wasn't seen. He said something, but I couldn't understand what. Believe after waiting a hour, without anyone saying anything. I feel that I know how to find someone else for my family to go to. It like they purposely had us waiting, and saw everyone that came in after us. Even through my son had a appointment. The appointment was at 10:15, he wasn't seen until 11:10. That's just sad. Not sure what happened to professionalism.
